Tinning: In addition to cut & strip wire we also tin dip one or both ends. Cables can also be stripped back and tinned as well. Twisting: After cutting & stripping we can twist the wire for you. This will make the wire look neater. We can also cut, strip, tin and twist or cut, strip, put on a connector and twist. CONNECTORS WesBell also will insert your cut, strip and crimped wires in connectors. Many types of AMP and Molex connectors are currently being used. We also crimp IDC(insulation displacement connectors) Vertical and horizontal pull tests are performed per mfg spec and kept on file. Coils or Hanks: If you need cable coiled 10' or 100' WesBell will coil, tie and bag as required. TERMINATIONS In addition to cut & strip WesBell will crimp terminals on the wire for you. We crimp millions of pieces each year. Tight quality control levels are kept using the strictest AQL. Crimp height and pull tests per manufacturers specifications are performed and kept on file. TELEPHONE CORDS Modular phone cable cut to required length with phone jacks applied to ends. Each cable is tested for continuity. Cords can be coiled or twisted and tied. CUT TUBING WesBell will cut any size tubing to most any length.
